A career where your potential, ideas and drive matter

Build more than buildings

We are a studio built on the belief that the best architecture comes from people who are constantly growing. At Primarc Studio, you won’t just execute briefs, you’ll shape them. Join a team where creative ownership, honest feedback, and the freedom to lead are not perks. They are how we work.
At Primarc Studio, your growth is driven by one thing: what you bring. There is no waiting for an annual review or a fixed timeline. Every stage of the Primarc path is merit-based the more initiative, ownership, and craft you demonstrate, the faster you move.

The path below applies equally to our Architecture and Drafting teams. Both tracks share the same philosophy, the same standards, and the same opportunity to grow into a studio-defining role.

Values.

At Primarc Studio, we believe that the strongest architecture emerges from people who hold themselves to the same standards they bring to their work — honest, collaborative, and always improving.

Benefit.

Our approach to compensation and growth is built around one principle: performance should be rewarded when it happens, not at the end of the year.

We work on bespoke residential and commercial projects across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Every project is a live design conversation – structured enough to deliver, open enough to evolve. Here is a glimpse of the environment you would be working in.

Hiring Procedure

1

Application Review

We carefully review every application, portfolio, and CV. PDF submissions only. Include your best and most representative work.

The Primarc Path

At Primarc Studio, your growth is driven by one thing: what you bring. There is no waiting for an annual review or a fixed timeline. Every stage of the Primarc path is merit-based – the more initiative, ownership, and craft you demonstrate, the faster you move.

The path below applies equally to our Architecture and Drafting teams. Both tracks share the same philosophy, the same standards, and the same opportunity to grow into a studio-defining role.

1

Internee

Your entry into the Primarc ecosystem. You will be embedded in live projects from day one, learning how we think, collaborate, and refine ideas. A standard probation period of 3 months applies but for those who show initiative early, this can be shortened to as little as one month.

2

Junior Architect / Junior Draftsman

You begin contributing independently to design and documentation work. You have a clear brief and the support of more senior team members but you are expected to bring your own thinking, not just execute instructions.

3

Project Architect / Project Draftsman

You own a project from brief to delivery. You liaise directly with clients, coordinate with the wider team, and are responsible for the quality of the final output. At this stage, creative freedom expands significantly you are shaping the work, not just responding to it.

4

Senior Architect / Senior Draftsman

You lead multiple projects and begin influencing studio-wide processes and design direction. Senior Architects participate in strategic decisions that shape how Primarc operates from the way we present work to the typologies we pursue.

5

Associate Architect / Associate Draftsman

Associates manage their own team and project pipeline, share in project revenue, and are active voices in the studio’s long-term direction. Alongside the three founding partners, Associates hold real decision-making authority. This is not just a title, it is a stake in what Primarc becomes.

No two people at Primarc are on the same clock. Exceptional performance, clear initiative, and the right attitude can accelerate any stage. We invest in the individual in front of us, not in averages.

At Primarc Studio, creativity is a shared territory. We believe the strongest ideas aren’t dictated, they are discovered. Our process begins with an open ecosystem of concepts, where every voice contributes without criticism. Then we apply rigour. Ideas are challenged, combined, and refined through collaborative dialogue and critical review.

Only the most resilient, contextually grounded, and purposeful ideas survive to inform the final design. The result is an architecture that is not merely constructed, but cultivated – intrinsically fit for its place, its purpose, and its people.
